Radim Peško has recently released a brilliant print-on-demand specimen book for his small but beautifully formed type foundry RP. Im in love with Fague, Mitim and Larish-Neue. You can order the specimen book from self publishers LULU here.

Keeping on a French fashion tip, Nous Sommes are a Parisian duo who design and create custom jewelry pieces based on famous faces, from Grace Jones to Karl Lagerfield, Marilyn Monroe to Spike Lee. A very nice accessory indeed.

Water City is a great little short that was directed by Martin de Thurah and created as part of the Danish Pavilion at Shanghai EXPO 2010.

Lovely work by bespoke set and prop designers/fabricators M A D E, a team who ‘continually enable a multitude of creative visions to be realised.’ Great to see some work focussing on ‘behind the scene’ stuff. via @usdesignstudio

This great new video for Flying Lotus’s track MmmHmm landed in my inbox this morning. Directed by Special Problems and commissioned by Warp Films, the video features an object that looks strongly influenced by the Mandelbrot set. Truly memorising.
