We don’t post much fashion / editorial photography around these parts, and with good reason, especially when there are people like Maruis Troy doing it so well. His mega-blog Ben Travado (meaning ‘Well Found’ in Italian), is a peepers paradise, with long, sunny beaches of pictorial perfection. I’m not even going to try and post any of Marius’s features here so head on over for a dousing of his inspiration make up.

Vittorio Ottaviani

Pure and absolute rage, is the only thing I can see here. This painting is about cheating, while in love and the passion of the Italian artist is barefaced here. Most of Ottaviani’s work is taken from personal experience. He injects this personna through the facial expressions and gestures his subject have.

Speech Debelle- Mercury Prize Winner 2009

Congrat to the amazingly talented and ambitious, Speech Debelle on winning highly prestigious Mercury Prize.

Marque – Update

Marque were commissioned by RMJM to produce the signage and wayfinding for the award-winning North Glasgow College. Interesting use of typography and materials.

One thing though, watch out for the wrath of the prowling, scowling and very bitter Morag M.
